Jim Power who is also known as the Mosaic Man has been decorating New York City’s East Village lampposts, planters and building facades with his unique and eclectic mosaic work for almost 30 years.   His mosaics reflect significant people, events and areas of the East Village.  This collection of public mosaic work has come to be known as the Mosaic Trail.  And Jim has done it all while being homeless and with very little funding.
